     Hi, i have md802, i have tried scanning a few renaults models but cannot. the machine works fine on all other vehicle types. on the renault it will ask me for VIN NO, after that it does not scan. Please anyone help as this is frustrating me and i am getting a lot of renault customers

     Does it keep asking for the vin no after you have entered it?

     Yes it does,,when you do an automatic vin acquisition it displays the vin #, but then it does not go further. when you punch it in manually it rejects it saying a Vin # is supposed to be 17 alfamuneric characters leaving out I0 & Q..pls help

     Hello Sir, what's the software version? Can u give us some example of VIN No.(together with its Model and year)?
